Location Scout
You are responsible for researching possible locations for the restaurant and keeping track of all the information about where your restaurant will be.

Recipe Master
Your job is to find recipes for the menu items your group would like to add to their menu. You must write down all the ingredients needed for the food, and include how many people it will serve.

Project Manager
Your job is to make sure everyone knows what they are supposed to be doing. You need to understand what is required for every role on the team, and then make sure those people give you the finished product. Help any team members if they are struggling. If you are on a 4 person team, then you will also be the designer.

Accountant
Your main job is to keep track of the budget. It’s also your job to check everyone’s calculations for their roles. The location scout, recipe master, and the designer will all have math problems they need to solve and calculate to complete the project. You are there to help them when they get stuck, and to check all of the work before submitting the final project. You can also offer advice on how to solve the problems in new ways.

Designer
Your job is to make the decision about how the restaurant and the menu will be laid out. You need to collaborate with the location scout to see how much space you’ll have on the floor of the restaurant. You’ll also need to tell the recipe master how many different items will fit on the menu, and which recipes you need them to find the ingredients for. Work with the project manager to make final decisions together.
